Fr.Joseph Vattaparambil [Our Founder]
A word about our founder:Bethany Samrakshana is the second brain child of Rev.Fr.Joseph Vattaparambil a catholic priest,his first venture being the Bethany Karunalaya a full-fledged children's home and an old age home with 90 and 25 inmates respectively.
Now he shifted his base to Dhonthi Village where the present Ashram is located .He has drawn his inspiration from the late Rev.Mar Ivanios O.I.C the founder of Malankara Catholic Church and the Bethany Congregation. He has an unquenching passion to reach out to the poor and needy, he never denies anyone who comes to him for shelter or otherwise.he is extremely dedicated to the cause.
